Disney Star Hudgens Vows to Be Good Role Model for Girls

Singer/actress Vanessa Hudgens has vowed to uphold her image as a role model for young girls – because she “only has one shot” to impress her fans.

The star came under fire when nude photographs of her were leaked online last year.

But the Disney teen queen insists she is doing her best to live up to the aspirations of her impressionable young admirers.

She says, “At the end of the day I have to be happy with myself. Just going to live my life and enjoy doing it.”

“You only have one shot… of course I want to be a good role model and try to do my best but I’m still me.”

‘The Dark Knight’ Preview

played The Joker as a character straight from a deck of cards, Ledger, who died of a drug overdose just weeks after principal
photography was completed, took a darker route with smeared clown makeup, a painfully scarred mouth and dirty, matted hair.

Shot in Chicago, London and Hong Kong, most action scenes used IMAX cameras – a first for a traditional Hollywood movie. The Dark

Vanessa Hudgens Identified Review

While the second installment of “High School Musical” was extremely successful, that might not be the case for Vanessa Hudgens’ second album,” Identified.”

The follow-up to her gold debut, “V,” ”Identified” shows Hudgens hasn’t really grown musically in the two years since that album’s release – her voice remains weak and uninspiring. The CD adds to her problems with sub par material.

“I’m tired of the boys who don’t like to dance/And if you don’t like to dance you don’t stand a chance,” she sings on the first single, “Sneakernight.” The song, produced by JR Rotem (Rihanna “SOS,” Sean Kingston “Beautiful Girls”), is sophomoric and tailor-made for the Radio Disney-set. It is also indicative of the entire CD.

A few tunes suggest the promise that “Identified” fails to deliver. The title track is solid, as is “First Bad Habit.”Amazed,” featuring Lil Mama, is arguably the album’s best track: The lip-gloss queen and the Disney star may even see a Top 40 hit with this one. All those songs were paroduced by Dr. Luke (Kelly Clarkson “Since U Been Gone,” Katy Perry “I Kissed a Girl”); Clearly he should hve played a bigger role in this CD.

Cyrus Still Hurt After Photo Scandal

Miley Cyrus is still healing after the Vanity Fair magazine photo scandal which threatened her status as America’s top teen star.The 15-year-old singer was snapped topless, wearing just a bedsheet, by celebrity photographer Annie Leibowitz for the magazine’s June issue.

The photo provoked outrage – and Cyrus is still reeling from the public outcry about the candid photos.

Having weathered the storm, the Hannah Montana star admits she made a mistake in stripping off for Vanity Fair: “It still hurts when I think about it. I was embarrassed… but also it’s, like, every career thing that I do can’t be perfect, and sometimes my decisions are wrong.”

But she’s confident die-hard fans have forgiven her, and will learn to love her for her faults as well as her successes.

Cyrus adds, “I don’t think people will look at me any differently because they’re like, ‘You know what, I’m going to do stupid stuff too, and I’m going to make mistakes, and that’s fine.’”

Lindsay Lohan Has a Secret Sister

Lindsay Lohan has a secret 13-year-old half-sister she has never met, the actress’ father has revealed.

Michael Lohan has confessed he fathered a child with another woman while separated from the star’s mother Dina.

He claims he only found out about his secret daughter years after she was born, and has been exchanging correspondence with her mother over the past year.

Lohan Sr. tells Ok! magazine, “Years later (the woman) contacted me, convincing me that I was the only person she was with and that she had my child.”

Ok! claims to have seen letters sent to the girl’s mother, in which he compares her to Lindsay. The mother claims Michael has called frequently, but never visited or provided financial support for the girl. And she tells the publication it’s time for Michael to take responsibility.

Michael and Dina have four children together; Lindsay, 22; Michael Jr, 20; Ali, 14, and Cody, 12. The couple married in 1985 and divorced in 2007.

Cyrus to Land Her Own Teen Talk Show?

Miley Cyrus is reportedly in discussions to launch her own teen talk show.

The Hannah Montana star met model-turned-TV presenter Tyra Banks during a trip to Nashville, Tennessee in May, and the pair is planning to produce a younger version of Banks’ own show.

A source tells Star magazine, “Tyra wants to produce a show for Miley.”

“Miley already has a huge following among teen girls, so her show would likely be successful. Tyra sees Miley’s potential.”

Brown + Rihanna Romance Still a Mystery

Rihanna and Chris Brown are still keeping fans guessing about the state of their relationship after coming up with different answers to the dating question at the Bet Awards on Tuesday.

Just a day after Brown’s mother cooed about the Umbrella singer at a pre-awards gift lounge event, the sexy Barbados-born star was still insisting she’s single.

Speaking on the red carpet at the Bet Awards, Rihanna said, “We aren’t dating; we’re very good friends.”

But when Brown was asked if he and Rihanna were an item backstage, he playfully said, “Possibly, possibly!”

And his mom hopes the two really are dating – she was overheard telling a friend, “she’s the sexiest and sweetest girl Chris has ever dated”.

The couple has become inseparable in recent weeks and rumors of a romance were sparked when the pair was spotted kissing and cuddling in a fast food restaurant last month.

Orlando Bloom and Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr have left no doubt they are officially a couple, after they were snapped cavorting naked on a sunshine vacation.

The pair has been romantically linked since last October, but have never confirmed they are an item, despite a recent trip to Kerr’s native Australia – reportedly so Bloom could meet the 25-year-old’s parents.

But they have destroyed any illusion they are just good friends with saucy snaps, published online, showing a naked Bloom and a semi-naked Kerr strutting around a villa on Spain’s Canary Islands.

The Hannah Montana star became a huge fan of the singer when he was part of now defunct boyband Dream – and the star was the inspiration behind the first song the 15-year-old penned.

But Cyrus was left embarrassed after she was introduced to the McCartney shortly after moving to Hollywood, because he branded her lyrical tribute “cute”.

She says, “It was so embarrassing, when I first moved to Los Angeles, I had a crush on Jesse McCartney.”

“In fact, the first song I ever wrote was about Jesse. He was on my show and I told him and he was like, ‘That’s so cute!’”

But Cyrus has now set her sights on a slightly more mature man.

She adds, “Orlando Bloom is gorgeous, but he’s a bit of a player.”
