Lindsay Lohan Has a Secret Sister

Lindsay Lohan has a secret 13-year-old half-sister she has never met, the actress’ father has revealed.

Michael Lohan has confessed he fathered a child with another woman while separated from the star’s mother Dina.

He claims he only found out about his secret daughter years after she was born, and has been exchanging correspondence with her mother over the past year.

Lohan Sr. tells Ok! magazine, “Years later (the woman) contacted me, convincing me that I was the only person she was with and that she had my child.”

Ok! claims to have seen letters sent to the girl’s mother, in which he compares her to Lindsay. The mother claims Michael has called frequently, but never visited or provided financial support for the girl. And she tells the publication it’s time for Michael to take responsibility.

Michael and Dina have four children together; Lindsay, 22; Michael Jr, 20; Ali, 14, and Cody, 12. The couple married in 1985 and divorced in 2007.

Lohan Refuses to Submit Name for Emmys

 

Lindsay Lohan has taken her name out of the race for consideration at the forthcoming Emmy Awards – because her guest spot on Ugly Betty was too “brief”.

The actress landed a cameo role in the hit TV show, and was thus eligible to be nominated for the Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series trophy.

But Lohan insists she does not want to be put forward for the award just yet, because her character only graces the screen in one short scene.

Her publicist Leslie Sloane tells the Los Angeles Times’ Gold Derby blog, “The appearance was brief. We made a decision to wait.”

Instead Lohan – who plays a bully on the programme – will wait until the next season of Ugly Betty, when her character will have a more prominent role.

Lohan Lands Leggings Deal at Fred Segal

Lindsay Lohan’s leggings will hit shelves at exclusive Fred Segal stores at the end of August.

The actress’ 6126 fashion line – named after her heroine Marilyn Monroe’s birthday – is something Lohan has created with design partner Kristi Kaylor.

The collection includes footless tights, cashmere leg warmers and “ankle gloves”, which come in a range of patterns and materials. The line will start at $40 when it goes on sale at Fred Segal stores in Los Angeles on 30 August.

Lohan Denies Lesbian Relationship – Again

Lindsay Lohan has once again been forced to deny she is a lesbian after she was photographed apparently kissing her close friend Samantha Ronson.

The duo – who have kept gossips guessing about the nature of their relationship for the last six months – were seen repeatedly embracing and cuddling up to one another at a party on rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ yacht in Cannes, France during the early hours of Friday morning.

A source tells Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper, “Lindsay and Sam may insist they’re just good friends – but there’s no denying their chemistry. They were holding hands quite openly and Sam was stroking Lindsay’s wrist really affectionately.”

“After partying on the main deck, they went downstairs to the chill-out floor. Escorted by five security men – who formed a ‘do not disturb’ ring around them – it looked like they were snogging (kissing) each other’s faces off.”

But Leslie Sloane, the actress’ spokesperson, has refuted claims the pair’s relationship is more than platonic, telling CelebTV.com: “They are close friends.”

Dina Lohan: ‘Lindsay’s Problems Aren’t My Fault’

Lindsay Lohan’s mother Dina shouldn’t be blamed for the actress’ personal problems, the 45-year-old showbiz mom insists.

The 21-year-old is trying to rebuild her Hollywood career after a disastrous 2007, dominated by two arrests for driving under the influence, rehab time and an 84-minute jail spell.

And Dina insists Lindsay must accept full responsibility for her actions.

She says, “She’s 21 years old. We all make mistakes. It’s not a blame game. It’s not her mom’s fault or her friends’ fault It’s the general personal choices you make. And you have to be careful about the choices you make when you’re in the public eye.”

Is Linday Lohan a Thief?

The fur fuss swirling around Lindsay Lohan has gone legal – the actress has been slapped with a lawsuit for taking a coat without permission.

Masha Markova claims the Mean Girls star took her $12,000 mink coat as she left a New York club at the end of a night out in January.

The New York student has filed papers in Manhattan’s state Supreme Court.

She went public with the missing coat saga when she spotted Lohan wearing her mink in a magazine photo.

She told the New York Post, “It was my coat. It was no doubt.”

The coat was reportedly returned to Markova in February.

Ferrera: Lohan’s ‘Great’

Lindsay Lohan’s performance on the set of U.s. TV show Ugly Betty has impressed the series’ star America Ferrera.

Lohan is set to appear on the show’s season finale next week to play Kimberley, the high school nemesis of Ferrera’s title character Betty.

The 21-year-old actress signed up for six episodes of the hit program in a bid to reignite her struggling Hollywood career.

And Ferrera, 24, is keen to join the chorus of Ugly Betty bosses who claim Lohan’s reputation as a troublesome and tardy star is unfounded.

Ferrera coos, “(Lohan) was really wonderful and was gracious and showed up and was on time.”

“I don’t mean to be smart or snide. She was really great, she was lovely. She’s going to be back for five more episodes in the third season here in New York.”

Lohan’s Mom + Sister: ‘Lindsay’s No Lesbian’

Lindsay Lohan’s mother and sister have laughed off reports the actress is gay, insisting the rumour is just the latest in the long line of silly stories the press fire at the family.

The Mean Girls star has been linked romantically to pal Samantha Ronson for some time and now Dina and Ali Lohan are speaking out about the lesbian gossip.

In an interview to promote her new reality show, Living Lohan, Dina tells TV show Extra, “Samantha’s an amazing girl,” while Ali adds, “They’re best friends. They’re just friends. It’s pathetic what people say.”

Dina explains, “It’s so silly. We actually laugh about it now. It really does hurt… but you develop a thick skin. You have to ignore it.”

The interview ended abruptly when Extra reporter A.j. Calloway asked Dina about her relationship with her estranged husband – and Lindsay’s father – Michael. The family publicist objected to the personal question and ended the chat.
